- You message us first, or fill in our enquiry form with the consent box ticked, or share your number with us in store and agree to be contacted on WhatsApp.
- Service messages: replies to your enquiry, estimates, order or repair updates, pickup or delivery notices, appointment reminders and invoices.
- Marketing messages: new collections, festival offers and rate updates, sent only if you have opted in.
3. How you opt in
- Ticking the WhatsApp consent checkbox on our Contact page.
- Sending us a message on WhatsApp and agreeing to receive updates.
- Giving written or verbal consent in store, which we record.
4. How you opt out
- Reply STOP to any message.

- Block or report the number in WhatsApp.
We will stop marketing messages promptly after you opt out.
5. What we will not do
