Our practices

- Minimal data: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry or serve your order. We do not collect card, UPI or banking details on this website.

- WhatsApp: messages sent through WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted between you and WhatsApp. When we use the WhatsApp Business Platform, message content is handled by Meta and our service provider to deliver the message.

Staying safe
- We will never ask you for OTPs, passwords, card numbers or UPI PINs on WhatsApp, phone or email.
