This website provides information about our business and jewellery. It is not an online store: no payments are collected here and a purchase is completed only in store or as confirmed in writing by us.
3. Product information and pricing
- Images and illustrations are indicative; actual products may vary slightly in design, colour and weight.
- Jewellery prices depend on the gold or diamond rate on the day of purchase, net weight, making charges, stone charges and GST. Any rate shown or quoted is valid only for that day unless confirmed in writing.
- Gold jewellery is sold as BIS hallmarked, with purity mark and HUID, as required by law. Diamonds are sold with the certificate stated on the invoice.
- We may correct errors in information or pricing at any time, before or after an enquiry is made.
4. Enquiries, estimates and orders
- An estimate shared on WhatsApp or by call is not a binding offer until confirmed by us and, where applicable, an advance is paid.
- Custom and made-to-order items are produced to the agreed specification. Advances for custom orders are non-refundable once work or material purchase has begun (see Returns & Exchange).

5. Communications
By contacting us or submitting the enquiry form you agree that we may reply by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only with your opt-in, and you can opt out at any time (reply STOP). See our Privacy Policy.
